Terms of Service

Orders must be placed 2 weeks to a month in advance. Orders are subject to availability. If you are not able to pick a date that means we are booked or unavailable. 

Please ensure that you transport your cake/cupcakes on a flat surface. Leave the cake/cupcakes on the floor or trunk of the vehicle secured well so that it doesn't tip over. Avoid sharp turns and bumps. It is recommended to have someone come with you so that they are able to hold on to the cake/cupcake box on their lap or have it secured to avoid any damages.

EXQUISITE CAKERY IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DENTS OR FALLEN CAKES/CUPCAKES/OTHER ONCE TAKEN BY THE CLIENT

If someone will be picking up your order on your behalf, they are responsible to confirm the order is to your satisfaction  

Keep Cake/cupcakes away from direct heat. Keep refrigerated and take out about 1-2 hours before serving to ensure best taste and texture as our cakes/cupcakes and buttercreams are all butter based and need time to come to a palatable temperature for you to enjoy!

We take pride in our work, therefore, photos of cakes designed will be taken for Social Media. By purchasing cakes/cupcakes/other from Exquisite Cakery, you acknowledge that you will not be compensated for images that are taken of the product.

Please be advised that we do use nuts, soy, dairy and gluten in the kitchen. Although we strive to keep the area as sanitized as possible, there is a chance of cross contamination with the ingredients mentioned above. Please let us know of any allergies.

Reference photos are encouraged for inspiration and idea's, however, please note that we cannot guarantee that the final product will be replicated exactly as the photo shown.

Full payment is due to confirm your cake order. Payment methods are through E-transfer and/or credit card. Your order is NOT confirmed until full payment and pick up time is arranged.
